How to Watch the Teletubbies
With their high-pitched baby babble, the Teletubbies can drive any adult insane. But remember, they weren't created for adult entertainment. They were created for your kids, who love them. Teletubbyland is a place your child understands and feels comfortable in.

Find your local PBS channel, and find out when the Teletubbies air. The show tends to play early in the morning on most PBS channels.

Learn their names. Tinky Winky is the purple one with a triangle on his head. He is the biggest, and often carries a red bag. Dipsy is the green one with a straight rod on the top of his head. He loves to dance. Laa-Laa is the yellow one and has a curly-q on top of her head. She loves her orange ball. Po is the red one and has a circle on top of her head. She is the smallest one.

Watch the Teletubbies with your one-to-three year old child. Watching with your child will allow you the pleasure of seeing the wonder and discovery in their eyes. The Teletubbies program was created to be a conversation between the show and your child. If you watch without your child, you will only be getting half of the conversation.

Listen to your child as you watch the show together.

Watch your child as he or she watches the program, and take note of what they watch and what interests them.
