Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Mix 2 tbsp. of lemon juice with 4 tbsp. of white vinegar. Rub this mixture evenly on the scalp with your fingertips using a small circular motion to stimulate blood flow. Leave it on for 30 minutes before washing it off with water and clarifying shampoo.

  2. Step 2

Boil 3 cups of water and add a handful each of thyme and rosemary. Remove the container from heat and leave it covered for 30 minutes. Strain the solution in a bottle and use 5 tbsp. to massage your scalp after washing your hair with shampoo. Rinse with water and towel dry your hair.

  3. Step 3

Soak a handful of fenugreek seeds in warm water overnight. Grind them into a paste and rub it on the scalp using your fingertips. Leave for 45 minutes before washing with lukewarm water and mild shampoo.

  4. Step 4

Warm a cup of coconut or almond oil on low heat and add a few drops of lemon juice. Massage your scalp with this mixture and leave it on for 30 minutes. Wash as usual. Oil moisturizes the hair and stimulates hair growth while the acidity in lemon juice removes flaky dandruff.
