- 2 colors of interior paint
- Paint roller
- Paint tray
- Patterned paint roller
- Paint tray for patterned paint rollers

Sand the wall to be painted, if necessary, to prepare it for painting. Then you should clean the entire wall with a slightly damp cloth to remove dust, dirt and cobwebs.

Paint the base coat on the wall using a normal roller. Apply enough coats to get full coverage.

Allow this base coat to dry for 48 hours.

Pour the second paint color you wish to use as the accent into your patterned paint roller tray.

Roll the patterned paint roller in the tray. Apply the paint using the patterned paint roller. Make enough passes to achieve your desired effect. Keep the pattern uniform over the entire wall.

Tips & Warnings
Choose 2 paint colors that blend well together.
If you don't like the result, paint over it with a new base coat and start again.
Do not rush the 48-hour drying time for your base, or your patterned paint roller will absorb wet paint from the base coat and ruin the pattern.
