Take your measurements. Because sizes vary by manufacturer, you need your accurate measurements to find a pair of great fitting jeans. Measure your inseam, waist and hips. For your inseam, stand up straight and have someone measure from your crotch area down the inside of your leg to the floor. Take into account if you wear your jeans with high heels or flats, and adjust the length accordingly. Also, remember that your jeans are going to stretch a bit--take that "give" into consideration.

Hover over "shop by category" in the top navigation bar. Select "Plus Size Denim" from the list. On the next page are pictures of different styles of plus size jeans, along with the price of each pair. Jeans from Alight come in a variety of styles, including straight leg, flair leg, baggy, low-rise and more.

Click on the picture when you find a pair of jeans that you like. This takes you to a page with detailed information about jeans.

Look under the "Fit Guide" selection to see the measurements for the jeans. If they are not your appropriate size, select another size in the same style under "click to select size." Again, check the measurements to see if they will fit. If the length is too long, you can still buy the jeans and hem them. However, do not buy a pair of jeans that are too small in the waist or hips.

Hover over the picture with your mouse to see a close up of the detailing of the jeans. Scroll through the different pages of jeans until you find the jeans that you want.

Choose the appropriate size and color, if necessary. Click "ADD TO BAG" and continue shopping until you find all the items you want.
