Visit Shoes.com, the largest online retailer of footwear. They sell thousands of types of shoes, including dress shoes, athletic shoes and casual shoes for kids.

Print out a foot measurement tool to make sure you know your kid's accurate shoe size. From the front page of the website, select "Customer Service" at the bottom of the page.

Click on "Fit Assistant/Sizing Charts" to find information about shoe sizes. On the Fit Assistant page, select "KIDS" to download and print the tool. Follow the directions on the print out to measure your child's feet.

Select "kids" from the top navigation bar and then pick "Boys" or "Girls." From this page, you can browse kids shoes by category, brand, size, price or color. It is recommended you select size first. That way you won't waste your time looking for shoes that aren't available in the size you need.

Browse through the size and style of shoes you are looking for. Sit with your kid, and have them help you pick out shoes that they like.

Click on the picture to find out detailed information about each pair of shoes. When you are ready to buy, pull down the desired color and size. Then click "ADD TO CART."

Follow the instructions to checkout. Fill in your shipping and billing information, along with your payment details. Shoes.com offers free UPS Ground shipping on all of their shoes.

Keep your tracking number for reference and wait for your kids shoes to arrive. If for any reason you need to return or exchange the shoes, you can do so within 365 days by following the instructions on the "Return an Order" section.
