Things You'll Need:
- Rubber cement
-
Step 1
Prepare the materials you will be joining. They should be dry and as smooth as possible. Keep in mind that rubber cement works best on paper and photographs, and is not a reliable adhesive for other materials, such as wood or metal.
-
Step 2
Apply the rubber cement using the brush attached to the inside of the lid of the bottle. The brush comes suspended in the rubber cement and ready to use.
-
Step 3
Wait until the rubber cement has dried before continuing the project. The rubber cement will dry quickly.

on 3/13/2009 Should two sheets of paper be pressed together when the rubber cement is still wet or after the rubber cement has dried?
