It's a stress free environment for your ceremony, but there are rules. You should know the requirements before planning your wedding in Turks and Caicos. so you can avoid any issues.

Step1
Bring some extra cash for the marriage license. You will need about $50 for the license and you must reside in Turks and Caicos for at least 72 hours before applying. Processing of the marriage license will take about 2-3 days.
Step2
Bring all the important identification you will need. You'll need birth certificates, passports and drivers licenses, as well as any other IDs you can think of.
Step3
Bring your divorce decree or death certificate to prove to the government and the priest that you are officially single.
Step4
Make sure both of you are over 18 and bring identification to prove it. If you are under 18, you will need a notarized affidavit and consent from your parents.
Step5
Make sure you give all the necessary information to the government and the marriage officer. This data will include personal information such as occupation, home address, birth date, and father's full name.
