Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 jar marshmallow cream
  1. Step 1

Combine 2 cups sugar and 2/3 cup evaporated milk in a pan. Mix until sugar is mostly dissolved.

  2. Step 2

Bring milk and sugar mixture to a boil and continue boiling for five minutes over medium heat. You don't need to stir the mixture while it is boiling.

  3. Step 3

Remove pan from heat and add 1 cup peanut butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 jar of marshmallow cream. Stir until smooth.

  4. Step 4

Pour fudge into an 8-inch, buttered baking dish. A glass dish will be easier to clean.

  5. Step 5

Allow fudge to cool, then cut it into squares. Smaller squares are better as this fudge is very rich.

  6. Step 6

Store the peanut butter fudge in an airtight container.

Tips & Warnings
  • Vary the type of peanut butter, creamy or crunchy, to make two different types of fudge using the same recipe.
