    Instructions

      • 1

Build mystery and uncertainty. Never reveal much about yourself to those you're trying to intimidate. Reveal only important facts that they need to know to make your relationship function.

      • 2

Be difficult to read. Never give much away by your words or expressions. You don't have to be rude, but be brief and to the point, avoiding personal discussion.

      • 3

Carry yourself with confidence. Showing others that you are confident is a display of power and superiority. Arrogance may be a bit too much, but showing others you think highly of yourself will make them feel like they should too.

      • 4

Dress the part. Expensive clothing may help, but dressing in an intimidating manner can mean being very conservative and simple, or a little over the top, depending on the situation.

      • 5

Mean business. Show others your agenda is a serious one and that you're not up for playing around.

      • 6

Let your reputation speak volumes. If you have a history of being tough, cold and intimidating, you'll get the message across without having to say a word.

      • 7

Don't show positive emotion. No smiling, laughing or lighthearted chatter. Typically be emotionless, showing bursts of anger from time to time. Short, powerful, even violent, bursts of anger and rage would scare about anyone.
