Is your newborn crying? and you have tried all, after you check with your doctor try this.. it works!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • a quiet bedroom
  • a baby bath bubble gel
  • warm water in a small plastic tub
  • a soft blanket
  • a towel
  • milk bottle
  • mozart cd, classic music
Step1
The first thing you want to do is to close the door and get the bedroom temperature warm not too hot or too cold, put the warm water more fresh than hot and some drops of any baby bubble bath gel, I recomend chamomile scent or lavander.
Step2
Have your baby in your arms put the music on, let him or she listen a little bit to the music, also if you have try to put the music close to the belly during pregnancy will be even better, the baby will remember!
Step3
Softly put the baby in the tub let the baby to relax with some water and the music also no much light, for about 7 min, get some baby oil or massage oil specially for babies and do a massage starting with the forehead, shoulders, tummy, legs and toes, don't forget the arms and little hands, dress the baby, get the towel and the soft blanket as you roll both to make a big cigar, turn the big roll and make a "U" put the baby inside the "U" with the head toward the towel, if you try few times he or she will know is time for sleep or is time to relax.
