How to Eat Like a Skinny Person

I was rail thin for many years and these habits just came naturally.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Serve yourself a meal as big as your hand (including the fingers). Small meals will ensure room for dessert without leaving you feeling overly full.

  2. Step 2

When faced with meat and vegetables, tackle your vegetables first. Then tackle your meat if there is room.

  3. Step 3

Always request sauces and dressings on the side to be used for dipping. Whatever sauce and dressing is left over is left behind.

  4. Step 4

Eat meat only once or twice a week.

  5. Step 5

Eat what you crave but in small amounts for short periods of time.

  6. Step 6

Chew gum or have tic tacs in between meals.

on 4/9/2008 Chewing gum keeps your mouth busy so you don't wind up sticking other things (with a bunch more calories) in it. :-)
