Serve yourself a meal as big as your hand (including the fingers). Small meals will ensure room for dessert without leaving you feeling overly full.

Always request sauces and dressings on the side to be used for dipping. Whatever sauce and dressing is left over is left behind.

on 4/9/2008 Chewing gum keeps your mouth busy so you don't wind up sticking other things (with a bunch more calories) in it. :-)
