Are you a night owl wanting to be an morning person and an early bird? Changing your sleeping pattern from one to another can be a challenge. Here's some tips to help you fall asleep sooner and get up earlier.

Set a plan to change the time you wake up 15~30 minutes earlier every day. Leave a note on your alarm clock to set the alarm to 15~30 minutes earlier.

Avoid activities or foods that can keep you awake like exercising, caffeinated drinks ,and etc. Even having sex if you are determined. :)
Step3
Melatonin pills (which many travellers use to offset jetleg)can help with getting to bed earlier.

  • While sleeping pills can help, it is the last resort. It's best to let your body to adjust without drugs.
