How to Get Traffic to Your Website

If you own a website then you know it's difficult to get traffic to it. Good traffic anyway. Here's how to do it.

1. You must first know what your website is about and search out other sites with the same type of content. Search for forums, blogs and articles with the same information, topics or content.
2. Register for the forums, sites and blogs you've found and put them in your favorites.
3. Start logging into these sites and setting up profiles, which happen to have spots for your personnel website. Set up a signiture on forums with your website in it.
4. Start creating threads and leaving comments on other threads and blogs with your website in your profile. If there wasnt a spot for a site then just start communicating with the other people on the site. In time you'll have your chance to share your site with them.
5. Look for sites where you can write articles or submit links.

Tips & Warnings

• Make sure your title and domain are simular this helps allot.
• Visit the sites you've started with as much as possible and try developing a relationship with the other members
• Always be looking for new forums, blogs and other sites you can put your site on
• Email the webmasters of other LIKE sites and ask for traffic trade where you both put eachothers links up
• Getting a site with good traffic takes time and hard work unless your buying it then it takes money. BE PATIENT!
