Things You'll Need:
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 quarts light cream or half and half
- 1/2 cup of rum
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar or brown sugar
- whipped cream
- nutmeg for garnish, mint leaves, or chocolate powder

Step 1
Please separate eggs; keep egg whites at room temperature.

In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until it looks like a thick consistency. Once thickness has been achieved add in sugar and mix.Then add cream and blend the mixture very well. Stir in rum.

Step 3
Refrigerate until chilled. Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add powdered sugar. Folded into chilled mixture and mix thoroughly. Then pour into a punch bowl or cups and garnish with whipped cream, nutmeg, mint leaves, and/or chocolate powder. Enjoy!!
