Things You'll Need:
- Cork/bulletin board the size of your choice.
- Fabric about 5 inches longer than bulletin board all around.
- Quilt Batting about 5 inches longer than bulletin board all around.
- 2 yards of ribbon for a medium size bulletin board.
- Staple Gun
-
Step 1
Cover front of bulletin board with guilt batting. Pull together in the back. If it doesn't cover the whole back it's okay. It also doesn't have to look perfect in the back, no one will see it. Staple batting on the back of the bulletin board.
-
Step 2
Cover front of bulletin board and guilt batting with the fabric. Pull together in the back. Again, it doesn't have to cover the whole back or look perfect in the back, no one will see it. Staple fabric onto the back of the bulletin board.
-
Step 3
Pull three strips of ribbon horizontal and three strips of ribbon vertical across front of bulletin board so when they cross, they cross in a weave pattern. Staple in the back. It doesn't have to be perfect in the back, but it should be straight so it's straight in the front.
-
Step 4
Finally cut two short strips of ribbon and tie a bow where the ribbon crosses on the front of the bulletin board in opposite corners.
-
Step 5
To hang the bulletin board from the wall, cut two long strips of ribbon and staple them to the back of the bulletin board. Tie in a bow at the top.

on 7/31/2009 Sometimes an idea comes along and I say to myself "I have to try this." The bulletin board at work is designed to make you instantly look away or avert your eyes yet the information here is very important. When something is presented in contract form (the big print giveth the small print taketh) people automatically avoid this eyesore but when presented as something you find under the Christmas tree...
