Simple steps to make a great spaghetti carbonara

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • One table spoon of olive oil
  • Two slices of bacon
  • Two eggs
  • Three ounces of spaghetti
  1. Step 1

    Put one table spoon of olive oil in a hot pan and boil water, to cook the spaghetti.

  2. Step 2

    Cut the slices of bacon into small squares and cook it in the olive oil until golden.

  3. Step 3

    When the spaghetti are cooked and strained, pour the bacon in the pan used for the spaghetti along the two eggs.

  4. Step 4

    Mix well to scramble the eggs in the spaghetti and cover for few minutes until the eggs are cooked.

Tips & Warnings
  • The bacon and olive oil are added in the pan before the spaghetti to prevent them from sticking wile the eggs are being added.
  • Make sure the eggs are cooked before serving, heat the pan one extra minute if needed.
