"Moka" coffee maker

Espresso coffee can be very easy to make following few easy steps and with the right coffee maker.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Ground coffee
  • Water
  • Moka coffee maker (like the one in the picture), with water pressure valve.
  1. Step 1

Add water to the lower water reservoir of the coffee maker (Moka) up to the mark in the inside.

  2. Step 2

Place the aluminum filter on the water container and fill with coffee powder.

  3. Step 3

Screw tightly the upper part of the coffee maker and place on the stove.

  4. Step 4

Remove the coffee maker when the coffee pours out from the upper nozzle in the coffee maker.

Tips & Warnings
  • The "Moka" coffee maker used must have the valve feature to make more cream, and the way the coffee is ground makes a big difference, Italian ground usually gives the best results.
  • It only takes a few minutes for the water to start boiling, and a seconds for the coffee to pour out, so is advisable not to leave the coffee maker unattended.
