Wear gloves and warm socks. Avoid cold exposure. Keeping the hands and feet warm and dry will help prevent this condition
Step3
No Smoking
Make sure you have a healthy diet, and stop smoking (smoking decreases circulation and exacerbates chilblains). Get exercise to increase circulation.
