First and foremost, a clean and well kept appearance will go a long way towards your personal confidence. If you don't look good, chances are you don't feel good either. So take the extra time at the start of your day, and it can work wonders for your personal image.
Step2
Believe in yourself! If you have anything to say, SAY IT WITH CONVICTION! The same goes for your actions. Chances are you aren't doing something for absolutely no reason, so when you decide to act upon something, stick to your ideals. Be prepared to defend those actions, and don't back down unless you are proven wrong.
Step3
Go out into social settings. The more you put yourself out there, the more you'll be able to practice carrying yourself with confidence. Keep it up and it will become second nature.
