        Keep an eye on the NBC's website for open call listings. Choose the "America's Got Talent" link, and look at the bottom of the page for a link to open call listings.

        Ask every member to fill out the online application, the Personal Release form and a doctor's release. Bring these completed documents to the open call.

        Complete and the Animal Questionnaire if any animals are involved in you act. Bring the animal's immunization records and a certificate of health from a veterinarian.

        Come to audition prepared to wait for a long time in line. Wear as much of your costume as possible. Be ready to perform. A photo ID is required, and you should be accompanied by a parent or guardian if you're under 18.

        Send in a video tape or DVD if you're not able to make it to an open call. Send it to the Talent Department, at 6399 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 300 in Los Angeles. The zip code is 90048. Include copies of all the relevant paperwork in your package.
