How to Install An Under Sink Water Filtration System
You can easily install a water filter under your sink to clean the water before it leaves a special water faucet. Locate the position where you want your new filter faucet. You can use an existing hole for a sprayer or drill your own. Allow adequate room for the spout to extend over the sink.

Install the filter faucet according to your filter's directions.

Mount the filter unit under the sink by following the product's specific instructions. Make sure you mount the filter close enough to allow the tubes from the faucet to connect to the filter without side pressure.

Turn off your cold water supply valve found under your sink. Attach the "T" valve fitting to the cold water line.

Purchase a "T" adapter or saddle valve if your cold water line doesn't allow for "T" fittings, unless otherwise stated in your product's instructions.

Check for leaks by turning your water back on. If you find leaks, turn the water off and check all your connections.
