Check out the Southern California School of Skateboarding for lessons. At the very least, you could get an insider's view of skate board spots in Los Angeles.

Visit Social Skateparks' website which has a listing for the Gilbert Lindsey Skatepark plus 13 more. It even provides addresses.

Step 3
Go to the website of LA Parks and check out its description of Pedlow Park. It lists an address and provides directions.

Step 4
Read all of Skateboard Spots.com's reviews and listings of LA skate spots.

Step 5
Review Concrete Disciple's listings for LA skates pots.

Step 6
Skate at all of the parks listed, and ask the skaters there for their recommendations. As insiders, they should be able to give you even more locations that aren't listed.

Step 7
Be aware of pedestrians, and obey "No skateboarding" signs.
