I had a recent problem pertaining to an EBAY user. I won the bid, paid by Paypal and never received the product. The user failed to answer his email and I am out $1,500. I have learned that many modest individuals submit payments and never receive the product, or they receive the product in little pieces. Quick Checkpoints & Small Claims * Bidders should make sure that the user selling the product has a good EBay rating before placing their final bid. * Bidders should concentrate on sellers that have Paypal option. * Filing a small claims against these individuals means that you will have to make a representation in their state, if you courthouse rejects our venue. * If EBay cannot fix the problem and if your courthouse rejects your venue, you should consider if it is worth going to another state to represent your case. If you have suffered $200-$400 dollars it might not be worth it.
