Dr. Kahn my neropsychiatrist located on 200 E.57th ST. yelled at me in his office for asking him to grant me privacy because he kept allowing his assistant to keep coming into his office and discussing other patient issues in front of me, thus distracting Dr. Kahn from focusing his attention on my personal problems. This made me uncomfortable and I told him about it only to have him become agitated and tell me it's his private practice, I can't tell him how to run it, and if I don't like it I can leave and find another doctor. I asked him for a referral and he said he doesn't give those, he dismissed my feelings coldly and just said he is concerned about if he is going to be paid by my insurance because I can't pay him a penny myself. Please advise me as to whom he can be reported to for making me feel worse than I was before coming to him for help. -
