From Quick Guide: Using a Palm Treo
Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Check your text messaging queue. When someone sends you a photo, a link will appear in your text messaging.

  2. Step 2

Click the link. Make sure your Internet automatically connects without a password. If it doesn't, enter your username and password or change your settings so that the Internet does connect automatically.

  3. Step 3

Wait for the photo to appear. It will be small and hard to view. Press the link that reads "View Media," which will move you to another screen.

  4. Step 4

Click the link that reads "Save to phone" and direct where the photo will be sent so you can view it later.

  5. Step 5

View your photos by clicking the "Pictures" icon in your main menu, the button that looks like a house on the top left of your keyboard or by selecting the gallery icon from your camera view. The gallery icon is a square with four boxes on the left side of the screen.

Tips & Warnings
  • Even if you don't save your photos, you can always view them through the original link as long as you don't delete that in the text message.
  • You can also store pictures on an expansion card by selecting the name of the card while saving your photo.
  • Most cell providers will automatically store your photos under your account on their website. Check with your provider for more information.
