Your Treo 650 has the ability not only to record video, but also to receive it from others. If you know how to use your text messaging, you can access videos. To learn how, follow these steps.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Check your text messaging. If a video has been sent to you, it will appear in a link in the text messaging body.

  2. Step 2

Click the link and follow the prompts to connect to the Internet. Most cell phones will automatically connect to the Internet. If yours doesn't, enter your username and password to access the web. If you don't have a username and password, call your cell provider to obtain one.

  3. Step 3

Decide whether to save the video or view it from the Internet source. Select whether you're going to save it to the phone or an expansion card.

  4. Step 4

View the video by pressing the "Play" symbol, a sideways triangle, on the lower left side.

  5. Step 5

View an archive of the video, if you've saved it, by selecting the "Pics and Videos" icon in your main menu, the icon that looks like a house on the left side of the keyboard. You can also view video by selecting the gallery icon, the square with four boxes in it, on the bottom left of the camcorder screen.

Tips & Warnings
  • Even if you don't save your video, you can still visit it by clicking the link within the original text message.
  • Bigger video files can be stored on an expansion card by selecting the name of the card while you're saving the file. Keep at least a 256MB card in your phone.
