Cleanse the Skin

1
Grate half a cucumber and squeeze out the juice. Add 3 tbsp. of whipped yogurt and stir well before applying over your face and neck. Leave for five minutes and then wash with water. This mix not only cleanses but also tightens the pores and lightens blemishes.

Grind 1 cup of dried chickpeas into powder and add 2 tsp. of turmeric powder to it. Use this to cleanse your face daily by making a paste with water.

3
Dip a cotton pad in cold milk and rub gently all over face and neck. Milk removes dirt from deep pores and leaves your skin looking instantly bright.
Exfoliate the Skin

Take 1 tbsp. of oatmeal, mix 1 tsp. of lemon juice and enough rosewater to make a coarse paste. Apply this paste on the face and rub in circular motion to remove dead cells.

5
Sprinkle some sugar on a wedge of lemon and rub gently on wet skin. The acidity in the lemon juice exfoliates the skin and reduces discoloration with regular use.

6
Use coffee grounds to give a glow and shine to your skin by mixing it with honey and rosewater to make a paste. Rub this paste on your skin and leave for 10 minutes. Use your fingertips in circular motion to scrub and then wash off.
Moisturize the Skin

7
Mash the flesh of half avocado and add 1 tsp. of honey, lemon juice and yogurt. Leave this paste in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then massage into face and neck. Wash with cool water.
-
8
Grind together a few mint leaves and half a cucumber to make a paste. Add the white of an egg to the mixture and apply on face and neck. Try not to talk or smile while wearing this mask.

9
Cut a few pieces of ripe papaya and mash it with a fork. Mix honey and a few drops of orange juice. Apply it on the face and leave it on for 10 minutes. Wash off.
