Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Clear non-latex, non-powdered, surgical gloves
  • Popcorn
  • Candy corn
  • Plastic Halloween rings
  • Orange and black ribbon

Step1
Form fingernails by putting one candy corn in the tip of each glove.
Step2
Fill the glove with popcorn, leaving room at the wrist.
Step3
Tie the wrists with orange and black ribbon.
Step4
Put a plastic Halloween ring on one of the fingers.

Tips & Warnings

  • Serve the Halloween popcorn hands on a large, black serving platter or a platter covered with a Halloween napkin. Arrange them ghoulishly with the fingers overlapping.
  • Cut gumdrops in half, lengthwise for some multicolored fingernails.
  • Stir M&Ms into your popcorn for a yummy change of pace.
  • Flavored popcorn is another great way to mix up the recipe.
  • For a healthier popcorn mix, stir in a few raisins or peanuts.
  • By changing the type of ring you place on the popcorn hand finger, you can alter these for any holiday. Try a Valentine's Day ring, red candies for fingernails and pink and red ribbon to tie the wrist.
  • It's very important that the plastic gloves are non-latex. Many people are allergic to latex.
