Use Manpower to Fill Jobs

Step1
Solidify your goals for outsourcing prior to meeting with Manpower regarding staffing solutions. Manpower can provide you with staffing resources, quality assessments of each job candidate, testing and training services.
Step2
Set up an appointment with one of Manpower's recruitment specialists to determine which of the services is right for your staffing goals.
Step3
Log onto the Manpower website and create your own customized account (see Resources below). From the website, you can instantly fill out a form requesting your specific staffing needs. A Manpower representative will then review it and contact you and tell you about the best combination of services for your company.

Use Manpower to Find Jobs

Step1
Beef up your resume to reflect any recent awards, positions or training you have received. Be sure to tailor this information to current positions you are looking for to make you the most viable candidate possible.
Step2
Schedule an appointment to meet with one of Manpower's recruitment specialists to determine if you are the right type of candidate. Bring at least two copies of your current resume (in case you meet more than one person), and dress professionally in business attire. For men, this would be a well-fitting suit with a tie and jacket, while women can choose between a pantsuit with a jacket or a skirt suit combination with sensible shoes.
Step3
Use the Manpower website to register as a job candidate. Once you are determined to be a viable job candidate, you will have access to job listings, as well as Manpower's Global Learning Center, which contains over 3,600 online courses designed to help you gain a competitive edge in the job market.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you want to find the local Manpower office nearest your company, you can call the Manpower headquarters directly at (414) 961-1000 to be referred to the closest office.
  • Never lie on your resume about your skills, training or education. Companies do run background checks and if you are found out to be deceptive, some staffing agencies will boot you out of their systems altogether.
