Use FutureStep to Fill Jobs

Step1
Create a detailed list of the employee requirements needed to fill positions within your company. The more descriptive you can be, the less room for error in the hiring process. These requirements should include level of education, years of related experience, position history, salary expectations, military experience and the ability or willingness to travel, where applicable.
Step2
Use FutureStep's recruitment process outsourcing services to identify job candidates who are right for your company. FutureStep uses sophisticated database software to match candidates to the profile of your business, so you don't have to worry about receiving unqualified applicants.
Step3
Create an account on FutureStep's website, so you can monitor the progress of your recruitment specialist, search job candidate listings and find out more about all of FutureStep's available services (see Resources below).

Use FutureStep to Find Jobs

Step1
Log onto the FutureStep website to register for job candidacy. While FutureStep does not require a resume at this point in the registration process, you may attach your current resume electronically where designated. Instead, though, you will be asked to fill out specific questionnaires that will help FutureStep determine the kinds of jobs for which you are best qualified.
Step2
Use the FutureStep website to view current job listings, and to apply for any positions which you find interesting.
Step3
Wait for an employment recruiter to contact you once you have completed the registration process. FutureStep will immediately assign a recruiter to review your information, and your skills and experience will be matched to potential jobs listed with the service. Your recruiter will contact you as soon as there is a match for between a position and your qualifications.

Tips & Warnings

  • The FutureStep website gives you the option, once you have registered, to view and store all employment information you have supplied in an encrypted code, which is useful if you are concerned about security.
  • Phone FutureStep directly at (310) 552-1834 to meet with a representative and find out which recruitment process outsourcing services are right for your specific business needs. You may also contact FutureStep by email at contactusNA@futurestep.com.
