Use Spherion to Find Jobs

Visit the Spherion office near you to speak with a consultant about your career objectives, and what type of employment you desire. Remember to dress professionally and bring an up-to-date resume.

Have your Spherion representative search the database of clients to find the best matches for your jobs skills and experience. For example, if you have office experience, you may want to target secretarial jobs that require typing and filing skills.

Log onto the Spherion website and create a personalized account in order to monitor the progress of your job search, to search new job listings (which are updated daily) and to take advantage of the career and resume services that Spherion provides (see Resources below).
Use Spherion to Fill Jobs
Step1
Examine the current staffing needs of your company and create a comprehensive list of your requirements. These positions could include human resources, accounting, clerical or secretarial positions.
Step2
Arrange to meet with one of Spherion's consultants to discuss your specific staffing needs for your company. At this time, Spherion will discuss fees, which can vary according to the amount and scope of the services you need to fulfill your staffing requirements.

Use Spherion's website to create a personal account with your business profile so that you can screen potential job applicants, as well as find out more about Spherion's additional services (see Resources below).
