A computer information system (CIS) application administrator oversees the information technology department of a particular company. A CIS application administrator position requires an extensive background in computer science, as it involves implementing specific computer database programs into a mainframe, extensive knowledge of various operating systems and knowing how to troubleshoot large databases.     Become a CIS Application Administrator

  1. Step 1
