A banking seminar is a quick way to educate bank employees and professionals about the latest banking industry trends. It's also a good way teach bank employees new skills. Find a suitable banking seminar to save on individual instruction and to keep employees up to date on the industry.

Step1
Find a college or university with a strong finance department. Contact the school, and ask about future banking seminars taking place on campus. Arrange a seminar with professors and local banking professionals if the school hasn't scheduled one yet.

Talk to a seminar company, and ask about banking seminars in the area. Inquire about setting one up, if they are not available locally. Schedule yourself or your employees at a seminar away from the area if funds are available.

Contact a continuing education center for a schedule of banking and financial seminars.

Look up websites that offer a seminar search. Search for your state or city, and investigate each seminar that comes up.

Seek out a temp agency that offers jobs in the banking industry. Ask whether it offers banking seminars for their prospective employees. Ask if it's aware of any seminars if it doesn't arrange its own.

Visit your local bank, and ask them about seminars that their employees attend. Ask to join them.
Step7
Scan the newspaper for announcements. Look for ads in the classified areas where seminars advertise their services to job seekers.
