Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Soak feet in warm water for ten minutes. Towel dry.

  2. Step 2

Scrub feet with a pumice stone. Spend extra time working skin that is very calloused and dry.

  3. Step 3

Rinse feet with water and wash with a mild soap. Dry feet thoroughly using a soft towel.

  4. Step 4

Rub your favorite moisturizer into your feet. Use a large amount of lotion and rub well.

  5. Step 5

Put a thick layer of petroleum jelly on top of the moisturizer. Work the petroleum jelly in well but leave a layer on top of the skin.

  6. Step 6

Wrap plastic wrap around your feet. Make certain to leave no skin exposed. Sleep with the plastic wrap on your feet.

  7. Step 7

Remove plastic wrap before showering in the morning. Wash feet using a mild soap. Dry and re-moisturize with your favorite lotion.

Tips & Warnings
  • A professional pedicure is a great and relaxing way to have dead skin and callouses removed from feet.
  • Repeat treatments until feet are soft and flake free.
  • Use bag balm instead of petroleum jelly. Find it in the pet care section of your favorite store.
  • Be careful when walking with plastic wrap on your feet as it is very slippery.
