How to Make a Bloody Bull
The Bloody Mary: A classic, sophisticated cocktail. However, if you're looking to add a little bit of oomph to this swanky favorite, try making a bloody bull. Believe it or not, an added kick of beef makes a big difference--and one for the better. Here is how to make a bloody bull. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- Ice
- Vodka (proof and brand are a matter of preference)
- Tall glass
- Tomato juice or bloody Mary mix
- Liquid beef bouillon
- Cocktail shaker
- Lime wedge or green onion stalk for garnish (optional)

Pour approximately one and a half ounces of vodka into the cocktail shaker. Feel free to add a bit more if you're feeling adventurous (and aren't planning on driving anywhere).

Add about 2 or 3 ounces of the tomato juice or bloody Mary mix.

Pour about one and a half ounces of the liquid beef bouillon into the shaker. This can be canned, condensed bouillon, or you can make some using a bouillon cube and hot water.

Add a dash of ground black pepper for a little extra kick.

Mix the ingredients well using the cocktail shaker. Pour over ice.

Tips & Warnings
There are some places where you can actually buy pre-made bloody bull mixes. All you have to do is add the alcohol. Some people like these mixes because they have spice blends that give the cocktail some bite.
If you're not a fan of vodka, try tequila as a substitute.
