Things You'll Need

  • 2 10-oz. packages frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • Sauce pan
  • 2 small packages strawberry Jell-o
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 16-oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 3 large bananas
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 9-by-13 pan
  • 1 large tub sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar

      Allow frozen strawberries to thaw.

      Boil water in a sauce pan over high heat.

      Mix the strawberry and unflavored gelatin into the water.

      Add thawed strawberries and pineapple to the Jell-o and mix until well blended.

      Slice the bananas into thin or thick pieces. Their thickness is up to you.

      Add bananas and nuts to the Jell-o and sir until mixed.
