A gold digger is a woman who becomes involved with an older man for money. He is generally rich and can give her plenty of cash and expensive gifts. These steps can teach you how to be a gold digger.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Look attractive. Most men, especially those who are wealthy, aren't going to be interested in a woman who looks like trash. Keep your hair maintained. Only wear enough makeup to enhance your natural beauty.

  2. Step 2

Wear nice clothes. This doesn't mean that you have to buy expensive things (a gold digger has a man to do this for her), but you do need to keep things in good condition. Iron out wrinkles and remove stains. Make sure your outfits match. Don't dress like an old woman, but also don't wear clothes that make you look like a prostitute.

  3. Step 3

Hide the fact that you want to be a gold digger. Men don't want women who are after their money. When getting to know a man, ask about his interests rather than about how much money he makes or how many nice things he has.

  4. Step 4

Find a career that gets you in contact with rich men. For example, be a personal trainer or an interior designer. You can get to know him without the pressures of the dating scene. You'll also have a job; so it won't look like you need money.

  5. Step 5

Attend fundraisers, grand openings or other events that attract the rich. While mingling, you might find a rich man looking for love. If you impress someone, you might at least get a free dinner on a date.

  6. Step 6

Marry someone that you can at least imagine yourself loving. While your intention is to be a gold digger, your rich man may end up losing all of his money. You don't want to be stuck in a loveless marriage if there's nothing left to keep you happy.
