1
Pull the paper out if it is visible. If not, then open the top of the printer so that the jammed piece of paper is visible.
-
2
Grasp the paper and pull gently but firmly. If the paper continues to jam in the printer, inspect the rollers to ensure that they are grabbing the paper and pulling it along the paper path properly.

Tips & Warnings
Referring to the owner's manual that came with the printer is always a wise precaution before attempting any type of fix to a problem.
All printers will wear out after a certain period of time. If the printer is old or has been used quite heavily, it is possible that a mechanical breakdown has occurred and parts must be replaced before it will work properly and print as it should. Have the printer serviced by an appropriate facility.
