MSN Group photo albums are a useful tool. They allow users to upload pictures once, then use the photos repeatedly with no additional storage drain. You can keep the photos in a convenient, easy-to-access location, and you can easily insert them into MSN Group posts. You can create your own MSN photo album in minutes.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Sign in to your favorite MSN Group. Find "Pictures" on the left menu and click it.

  2. Step 2

    Select "Create a New Album."

  3. Step 3

Name your album. Choose an explanatory name for your album. "Connie's Family Photos" or "Dave's Birthday Gifts" are good, descriptive examples.

  4. Step 4

Choose whether to add an extensive description. This feature is useful for organizational purposes when users create multiple albums. This step is optional. Enter a description of your album if preferred.

  5. Step 5

Decide who may add, edit or delete photos in your album. You can choose whether to allow other MSN users access those functions, but Group Managers always have access to add and delete photos. MSN Group Managers can also delete albums.

  6. Step 6

Click "Create Album." You will know when you created the album successfully when a page showing your photo album's name opens.

  7. Step 7

Download and use MSN's upload control to add photos to your new MSN picture storage, and enjoy your new album!

Tips & Warnings
  • Check your MSN Group's rating and policies before uploading any content that may be objectionable to other users.
  • MSN photo albums are visible to all users in the group. Any group member may view the name, description and content of your album. Group members are also able to post one another's photos.
