Step 1
Scour the Internet for Quiz Club opportunities. Popular quiz club sites are quizclub.blogspot.com or quizbowl.stanford.edu among many others. Check out the parameters of the club and then apply. Certain clubs are geared to different age groups, ranging from high school, to college to post grad school.
-
Step 2
Go to the club office or activity center of your high school or college to see if there is a quiz club. With the size of college campuses today, it's hard to know all the activities and clubs that are operating. If there isn't a quiz club, start your own.
-
Step 3
Advertise yourself when trying to find a quiz club to join. Place an ad on community sites like Craigslist.com saying that you are interested in joining a quiz club. It makes the search easier because you can let them come to you.
-
Step 4
Read community papers such as the pennysaver, or the advocate (found in many major cities.) While the process is more laborious than scanning online, many people still advertise in those papers.
