Step1
Create an almond milk natural cleanser for oily skin. Take 2 teaspoons almond meal and combine with 150 ml water. Whip in a blender for 2 minutes. Strain the mixture through cheesecloth and place in a bottle. Apply to the face daily and wipe off with soft tissues as a cleanser.
Step2
Make a honey cleanser, which is appropriate for any skin type. Add 1 teaspoon honey to 2 tablespoons warm milk, and blend together to make a thin lotion. Rub over the face and neck with the fingfertips. Rinse off.
Step3
Wash with an olive oil cleanser. Mix 2 teaspoons olive oil and 1 teaspoon honey and apply to the face and neck with the fingertips.
Step4
Make a lotion that enhances your complexion. Take 24 violet flowers, 150 ml water and 2 tablespoons almond meal. Blend almond meal and water for two minutes. Pour into a non-metal pan, add the violet flowers and gently heat. Allow to cool, then strain and bottle.
Step5
Design a pimple remedy. Take an orange calendula marigold petal and bruise it between the fingers. Press it to the spot for two minutes to heal the pimple overnight.
Step6
Make a conditioning body mask (all skin types) by combinging 2 tsp honey, 2 tbsp half-and-half,1/2 peach (with skin), 1/2 cup chopped pumpkin flesh, 1/8 tsp instant coffee and 2 egg whites. Mix all ingredients together in a blender on low-medium speed for 45 seconds. Apply to the skin with a spreading motion and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
