First the crow's-feet come, and then the wrinkles on the forehead. Instead of running for the Botox needle or the surgical knife, try to reduce forehead lines with facial exercises. Unlike some other options, the exercises won't leave you bruised and recovering for days.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Frown and surprise. Furrow your brow and draw your eyebrows together as close as possible. Then bring your eyebrows as far apart as possible in a look of surprise. Repeat this exercise 5 times. To reduce forehead lines with facial exercises, you will need to strengthen and tone these muscles through continued training three to 5 times per week.

  2. Step 2

Scrunch your face. Furrow your brow and draw your eyebrows down while wrinkling your nose. Hold this pose for 10 seconds and repeat 5 times. To reduce forehead lines with facial exercises, avoid scowling or furrowing your brow.

  3. Step 3

Use your fingers. Put two fingers above your eyes and press down while trying to raise your eyebrows up. Hold for 5 seconds, and repeat 10 times. This exercise firms the muscles above your brows through resistance.

  4. Step 4

Smile. Tighten all of the muscles in your forehead while grinning as widely as possible. Pay attention to your forehead and bring the eyebrows up. Hold this for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
