Though the current fad is plastic surgery and spa treatments for tighter skin, fear of money and pain can hinder our pursuit of these fashionable fixes. The good news is you can firm jowls with facial exercises that you can do at home.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Smile slightly. Squeeze your lips closed and flex your neck muscles. Hold for 5seconds, and repeat for 1 minute. To firm the jowl with facial exercises, you will need to do them 3 to 5 times per week.

  2. Step 2

Tilt your head back. Sit up straight, lean your head back, and chew. Don't force your lips together, but keep them comfortably together. Chew 20 times, and repeat. Firm the jowl with facial exercises by concentrating your attention on those muscles when doing each exercise.

  3. Step 3

Lie in bed. Hang your head off the edge of the bed while lying on your back. Using your head as resistance, bring your head slowly to your chest. Hold this position for 10 seconds, and slowly release your head back to the starting position. Repeat 5 times. Use your hands to confirm that you are tensing the right muscles. To firm the jowl with facial exercises, feel to make sure you are flexing and tensing the correct muscles.

  4. Step 4

Jut out your chin. While keeping your head forward, hold your lips together comfortably and lower your jaw. Push your jaw forward, hold it for 10 seconds and return to the starting position. Repeat 5 times.
