If you get bored and quit programs that aren't fun enough to keep you interested, rebound exercise can be the answer. Using a mini trampoline, and the resistance cords to build muscle, it can be easy to lose weight with rebound exercise.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Do it 3 to 5 times a week, about thirty minutes per work out. You can burn over 200 calories per session.
Step2
Work out the entire body. By bouncing to increase your heart rate, you will get a workout without damaging your joints and knees. When you are able to burn calories without damaging yourself, you can stay with the exercise for longer periods and lose more weight.
Step3
Build muscle. Cardio workouts are good for burning calories for the duration of the activity and thirty minutes after. When you are building muscle with strength training, your body continues to burn calories throughout the day. Jumping builds muscles in your legs, and using the strength cords builds muscles in your upper body.
Step4
Twist, jog, jump, have fun with your workout To lose weight, you must continue to use the system and work on the trampoline, an easier task if you're enjoying yourself.
