Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Attend classes at Thomas Jefferson School. The school's admissions office schedules tours of the campus. Schedule one by calling (314) 843-4151. During a day visit, you can meet your student host and attend classes with them. After classes, you will eat lunch and then interview with the admissions office.

  2. Step 2

Enjoy the artwork on campus. The Visual Art Gallery and Sculpture Garden display the works of students and the artist-in-residence. On Friday afternoons, the artist-in-residence hosts a 90-minute open studio where students can ask questions and get help on projects.

  3. Step 3

Walk through campus. The campus is home to nine original pieces of artwork created by regional artists. Along with these, you need to visit the Gables and the Pavilions.

  4. Step 4

Discover the St. Louis community. Students at Thomas Jefferson School view the community as an extension of the school. Live music is performed at various locations throughout the city, including the UMB Pavilion, which is an outdoor amphitheater. At the St. Louis Union Station, students shop and enjoy the restaurants and lake.

  5. Step 5

Visit the St. Louis Repertory Theatre. The entire school attends the six productions put on at the theater. Actors, directors and staff often visit the school to answer questions and talk with students.
