The ability to send faxes has become almost a necessity in today's business world, and it is also becoming a convenience for all those who deal with companies on any level. The eFax site offers the ability to send and receive faxes using a standard email account. Eudora is a widely used email client and can be used to send faxes.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Home computer
  • Account at eFax
  • Eudora email client installed on your computer

Step1
Open Eudora on your PC.
Step2
Select "New Message" from the "File" menu.
Step3
Type in the fax number of the destination and append the following in the "To" line of the email: "@efaxsend.com" (not including the quotation marks). For example, for the fax number (423) 345-4567, use the email address 4233454567@efaxsend.com.
Step4
Type the subject of the email on the "Subject" line.
Step5
Type the body of your fax. This text will appear on your cover letter.
Step6
Attach any documents that you want to fax with your cover letter.
Step7
Press the "Send" button.
