- soccer ball
- shoes
- patience
Step1
1. get ready for a couple of days of practice.
Step2
2. Take your soccer ball and place your kicking foot in front of the ball.
3. put your other foot directly behind it but don't have it touch the ball.
Step3

4. slide the ball up your front leg
5. lean forward and snap your leg up to kick the ball
6. watch it go over your head
