release all tension from shoulders
lightly expand abdomen -
Step 2
cleansing breath, continues from step 1
hold that breath for while
make a whistling noise until all the air is expelled from the lungs, Do not inhale at at all when doing this. -
Step 3
after that, all the air is out of the lungs, make a "WUUU" sound with voice
