3. Understand the body type of the pin-up girl. She is more voluptuous than the thin models of today, but should still be in good physical condition. Do you have this body type? Are you comfortable being portrayed in a provocative, sexy way?

4. Contact calendar publishers to learn if they have any clients or projects that need models. Don't forget to look into glamour modeling.
