Everyone fears something, but we must find a way to break through fears and feel comfortable in most situations. Fear can hold you back in life, so follow these tips to overcome your fears.
Start by getting closer to your fear. Become familiar with your fear or research it. Once you know more the fear and how common it can be, you will be make your first step towards conquering it.

Get a therapist or hypnotist. These professionals can help assist you in finding out what the fear is covering up. Sometimes we use fears as a cover up for other feelings and anxieties.

Start developing a new thinking pattern. What is the worst that can happen? Ask yourself this every time you come across feelings of fear.

Use the anger you have over your fear and turn it into courage. By changing bad stress into good energy, you might be able to confront your fears much easier.

Confront your fears! Every time you come into a fearful situation, jump in and take charge. Don't let fears run your life. By doing this every time, you will notice that you will begin to overcome the fear and be able to live in peace.

Ask a friend or family member to listen to you while you talk out your feelings about the fear. By talking about it and getting it off your chest, you may break through it easier.
